Culaccino Bar + Kitchen is a craft beer–focused Italian gastropub proudly rooted in the heart of Burlington, Ontario. Founded by hometown local Jerod McCrory, Culaccino brings together a passion for exceptional food, great beer, and genuine hospitality—all under one welcoming roof.
Jerod’s vision was simple: create a space where the warmth of Italian-inspired cuisine meets the innovation of craft beer culture. As the 30th Certified Prud’homme Beer Sommelier in Canada, Jerod brings a rare level of expertise to every pint poured and every dish paired. His deep knowledge and love for beer are infused into the heart of Culaccino’s menu, offering a truly curated experience for beer lovers and foodies alike.
Culaccino is proudly a family-run business. Jerod’s father Mark McCrory is co-owner and a steady hand in day-to-day operations. His sister Tess leads the front of house with heart and hustle, balancing management and service with ease. Nathan, Jerod’s brother, jumps in when things get busy, and their mother adds a special touch with floral arrangements that keep the space feeling warm and personal.
